Cancellations on the day or reduction in the number of people will be subject to cancellation fees.

[For courses] 100% of the course fee

*For groups, the cancellation deadline is one week in advance.(During busy periods, we may need to make reservations two weeks in advance)

*Fridays and days before holidays have a 2-hour time limit.

* If you cancel the reservation on the day or the number of people on the day decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged.In addition, if the number of people in a group decreases by 5 or more within 3 days before the visit date, a cancellation fee will be charged.Please note.
